Our Nursery

 At Lighthouse Baptist Church, we know that children are

a gift from God, and that is why we give high priority

to the quality of planning and preparation for the arrival of

each child to our nursery.  We believe that we

owe the littlest member of your family our very best care!

Whether your child is a regular attendee or a first-time visitor

to our nursery, they will be provided loving care in an

atmosphere that is safe, clean, friendly and fun!

Lighthouse Baptist Church has implemented

a number of safety features and security measures

to ensure that your child will have a safe, enjoyable

experience while you attend our services.  When you arrive you will

check your child in using our "Claim-a-Kid" system.  You will also receive a pager

so that you can be contacted during the service, should the need arise.

 Our nursery is divided into two groups:  one is our "Busy Bees" (toddlers through age 3) and

the other is our "Little Lambs" (infant to toddler).  At each visit our "Busy Bees" always enjoy

a variety of toys and activities along with a snack.

Our Nursery Director, Mrs. Melissa Dempsey, is an

experienced mother of three and is distinctively gifted to

work with and care for children. 

Our Nursery Team is made up of a wonderful group

of  volunteer ladies who are faithful members of

Lighthouse Baptist Church.  All of our volunteers have been

carefully trained and screened.
